Welcome to my website. I am so glad you visited me! I wanted to list some websites I thought would be most helpful for legal questions and issues. These are great sites for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey legal concerns.
http://www.njsba.com/ and http://www.pabar.org/ – New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bar Association websites are wonderful for finding specialty lawyers and legal aid resources.
http://www.aopc.org/default.htm and http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/– Pennsylvania and New Jersey Courts Online is a great place to find information about the State Courts, including locations, directions, documents for self representation and general legal information.
http://www.njd.uscourts.gov/ and http://www.paed.uscourts.gov/ – These websites will take you to the Federal Courts for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. A District Court only has jurisdiction over Federal cases, meaning cases regarding a question of Federal Law or one in which the parties are from different states.
http://www.supremecourt.gov/ United States Supreme Court – General docket information and history of the most powerful Court in the Land.
http://www.cnn.com/JUSTICE/ – To keep up to date on legal news across the Country and the globe.
