The Municipal Court practice of my firm focuses on areas very specific to the municipal courts: motor vehicle violations and disorderly person offenses. Speeding, reckless and careless driving issues will be handled quickly and diligently. My office also handles motor vehicle issues specific to Commercial Driver License holders, meeting the needs and concerns of those whose livelihood relies on preserving the quality of their driving record. In addition to motor vehicle issues, I handle a variety of municipal court matters such as disorderly persons and drug and alcohol offenses. Having spent much of my practice in the Municipal Courts, I can effectively handle most municipal court appearances in a timely and thorough manner.
